How to build a play house garden for your children

In an era marked by technology-driven distractions, the simple joys of tending to a garden have often taken a backseat in our children’s lives. By crafting a playhouse garden, we not only provide our kids with an imaginative sanctuary but also empower them with essential life skills. Join us as we delve into the art of designing and maintaining a playhouse garden that not only stimulates their creativity but also teaches them the invaluable art of plant care. Let’s sow the seeds of knowledge, responsibility, and green-thumb passion in the hearts of our little ones, one sprout at a time.

What you’ll need

  • 4 Pallets
  • A screwdriver and screws
  • Trash bags
  • A furniture stapler
  • Soil
  • Flower plants
  • Water
  • A blanket and some pillows
  • Light garlands

How to do it

  • Stand up 3 pallets, making an open square with them
  • Make sure you leave the bottom of the pallets facing outwards
  • Attach the pallets together with screws
  • Place the 4th pallet on top of the rest, as a roof
  • Put plastic bags on the outside division boards of the pallets
  • Secure them to the pallets with the stapler
  • Fill the bags with soil
  • Put your flower plants inside and water them
  • Decorate the exterior of the house. Put lightly inserted screws on the outside and hang gardening tools from them

  • To decorate the inside, spread the blanket on the floor
  • Put some cushions around
  • Hang the garland from the roof, so that it fall inside the house
