Simple bleach doesn’t just make clothes white, but can also make them look really special. Just don’t limit your imagination during the creative process.

We at 5-Minute Crafts want to show you how you can use regular bleach to dye a T-shirt and make it unique.

Before you start

  • Put on rubber gloves: your skin shouldn’t come into contact with the bleach.

  • In order not to let the image made on the front part of the T-shirt appear on the back, put a sheet of thick cardboard inside the T-shirt.

1. Spiral patterns

You need:

  • Dark T-shirt

  • Fork

  • 3-4 rubber bands

  • Bleach

How to do it: Place a regular fork into the center of the T-shirt and start wrapping the fabric around the fork. Put the rubber bands on top.

Then, pour some bleach on the T-shirt. Let the fabric dry. Done!

Tip: Try folding the T-shirt in different ways to get different patterns.
