How to Decorate for a Neon Themed Party

1. Begin by decorating yourself with a glowing outfit

Things you’ll need:

• Black or dark t-shirt
• Double-sided tape
• Glow sticks

Steps:

1. Take a black or a dark tee.
2. Put some double-sided tape vertically in the middle of the tee, as shown in the image.
3. Then put the double-sided tape elsewhere on the tee exactly, as shown in the image and peel the top layer off.
4. Stick the glow sticks in the places where the sticky part of the tape is.
