Eggs are a highly consumed ingredient because of their multiple health benefits and the fact that they’re so easy to prepare.

1. Egg and meat dumplings

Ingredients:

  • Eggs beaten with salt to taste
  • Ground meat (can also be cut into chunks)

Instructions:

  1. Place a portion of the beaten egg in the form of a small pancake on the hot griddle until it cooks.
  2. Put some of the ground meat into the center of the egg pancake.
  3. With the help of chopsticks, fold the pancake in half and press the central part to close it.
  4. Serve this dish with any sauce you’d like. If you like spicy food, you can use sriracha.

2. Egg and sesame croutons

Ingredients:

  • Beaten eggs
  • Croutons
  • Chopped chives
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix the eggs together with the chopped scallions and put them in a pan.
  2. Add the croutons and mix well. Add salt to taste.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and add the sesame seeds to taste.

3. Egg and cheddar cheese fettuccine

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the eggs into a bowl and beat them until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add salt to taste.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a frying pan with a little hot oil and spread it over the entire surface. Cover it until it’s cooked through.
  3. Remove the cooked mixture from the pan and place it onto a clean surface to cut it into strips, lengthwise, with a knife or pizza cutter. This way, you’ll obtain your egg fettuccine.
  4. Serve with grated cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, and other condiments to taste.

4. Egg and milk dessert

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large orange
  • Milk

Instructions:

  1. Cut the orange at the top and remove all its inside sections. You’ll only need the peel.
  2. Pour the eggs into the peel and add a little milk. Then, stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Place the top back on to cover the orange, and bake it in the oven at 356ºF for 30 minutes.
  4. Let it cool before consuming it.

5. Egg, ham, and cheddar cheese roll

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 slices of ham
  • Chopped chives
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Separate the yolks and stir them until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then, put them in a frying pan with hot oil.
  2. Place the ham slices lengthwise and sprinkle the chives and cheddar cheese on top. Add salt to taste.
  3. Cover it until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is completely melted.
  4. Transfer it onto a plate and roll it up with your hands.

6. Baked avocados with egg

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 large avocados
  • Dried bacon pieces
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Diced bell pepper
  • Parsley
  • Diced ham
  • Ground bell pepper
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocados in half and place them on a tray with baking paper. Pour an egg yolk in 3 of them and a whole egg in the remaining halves.
  2. Add the ingredients and create different mixtures according to your preference. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake in the oven at 350ºF (180ºC) for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove them from the oven, serve them, and eat them before they cool down.

7. Bacon, egg, and cheese cups

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Bacon pieces
  • Oil
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped chives
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the rolled bacon strips in an oiled muffin tin.
  2. Break and pour a whole egg into each of the cavities. Add salt to taste.
  3. Top each of them with grated mozzarella cheese. Then, bake them in the oven at 350ºF (180 ºC) for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove them from the oven and add chopped chives as a garnish.

8. Heart-shaped egg

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix the egg yolks in a plastic squeeze bottle. Then, pour the mixture into a frying pan with hot oil, drawing a heart shape. Be sure to draw irregular lines in the center while leaving spaces between them.
  2. Carefully add the egg whites to the empty spaces with another dispenser or a spoon. Add salt to taste.
  3. With a spatula, turn the heart over so that it cooks on both sides.
  4. Serve it with cherry tomatoes or other condiments, according to your preference.

9. Rice, egg, and bacon balls

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Cooked and seasoned rice to taste
  • Flour
  • Bacon
  • Sugar (optional)
  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil the eggs for 3 minutes and peel them.
  2. Coat the eggs completely with flour.
  3. Place the seasoned rice in squares on a sheet of plastic wrap and put an egg in the center.
  4. With the help of the plastic wrap, wrap the egg with the rice to form a ball.
  5. Wrap the balls in bacon and fry them for 3 minutes in a frying pan with plenty of hot oil. Turn them so that they cook on both sides. In this step, you can add sugar over the bacon to caramelize it.

10. Fried eggs with olives

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Pitted olives
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Divide the yolks and whites, then mix the egg whites with the olives using a food processor or a blender. Reserve the yolks.
  2. Pour the mixture into a frying pan with hot oil.
  3. Add the entire yolks and salt to taste. Fry them for a few minutes.
  4. Serve the dish alone or with toast.
