10 Easy recipes for parents and their kids

1. Peanut banana popsicles

Things you’ll need:

  • A banana
  • A wooden popsicle stick
  • Peanut paste
  • Jam

How to do it:

  • Cut the banana in half
  • Insert the popsicle through the bottom of the banana and peel it off
  • Cover the banana with the peanut paste
  • Place it on a plate and spread some jam over it

2. Crunchy veggies

Things you’ll need:

  • Broccoli and cauliflower florets
  • Egg
  • Flour
  • Oil in a pan

How to do it:

  • Crack eggs in two bowls and beat them
  • Put some flour in another one
  • Pinch the florets with a fork and roll them over the beaten eggs, then over the flour and then over the eggs again
  • Fry the florets for two minutes

3. Fun jelly egg

For this fun egg, you’ll need:

  • An egg
  • Gelatin of various flavors
  • A syringe

How to do it:

  • Open a small hole on the top of the egg
  • Take the egg yolk and white, out of the shell, through that hole
  • Rinse the eggshell and let it dry completely
  • With the help of the syringe, fill the shell with gelatin of various flavors and colors and refrigerate
  • When the gelatin has hardened, peel the shell off

4. Rainbow pasta

Things you’ll need:

  • Food dye of various colors
  • Spaghetti

How to do it:

  • Boil 5 batches of spaghetti and in each one put a dye of a different color
  • Mix the spaghetti of all the colors you prepared in a single plate

5. Colorful chocolate bar

Things you’ll need:

  • A bubble popping shape
  • Chocolate color balls
  • Chocolate coating

How to do it:

  • Put a chocolate color ball inside each hole of the popping shape
  • Cover it with chocolate coating and let it dry
  • Unmold it for a fun chocolate bar

6. Crunchy cheese

Slice a block of cheese, then put the slices over a nonstick paper and bake them until they look toasted.

Enjoy your crunchy cheese chips with your favorite dip sauce. You can also spread some paprika or chili powder on them.

7. Apple doughnuts

Things you’ll need:

  • Apples
  • Dough batter
  • Wooden sticks
  • Chocolate coating and sprinkles

How to do it:

  • Cut the apple into round slices
  • Remove the core of each slice and pinch with the sticks
  • Pass them over the batter, covering them well
  • Fry them in hot oil
  • Cover them with chocolate coating and spread some sprinkles on top

8. Crunchy potato chips

Things you’ll need:

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • A round baking tray
  • Cookie cutters

How to do it:

  • In the baking tray, mix the mashed potatoes, salt, flour and pepper
  • With the help of a spoon, spread evenly on the tray and press it to make it compact
  • Flip the tray upside down and release the dough
  • Cut shapes with the cookie cutters
  • Fry them in a pan with hot oil

9. Easy hazelnut cookies

Things you’ll need:

  • A hazelnut cream jar
  • An egg
  • Flour
  • Sliced almonds

How to do it:

  • Mix the flour, egg and almonds with the hazelnut cream, inside the jar
  • Take scoops of the mix from the jar and place them on a tray with a nonstick paper on and bake

10. Perfect chocolate plate decoration

For this decoration, you’ll just need some melted chocolate:

  • Pour some melted chocolate in the middle of a round plate
  • Put your finger in the middle of the chocolate puddle you got
  • Spin the plate, moving your finger on the chocolate, from the center to the outside of the plate
