  • 10 quail eggs
  • 10 big cherry tomatoes
  • 30 grams of hard cheese
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • Mayo and herbs

How to make it:

1. Wash the tomatoes and dry them. Cut the top from each of them and remove the insides with a spoon.

2. Grind the cheese, press the garlic, and mix it with the cheese. Add mayo and stir.

3. Fill the tomatoes with the mix.

4. Boil the eggs and remove the shells.

5. Cover each egg with the tomatoes you made.

6. Put a toothpick through the center of the mushroom.

  • A big pack of small mozzarella pieces
  • 300 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • Dry basil
  • Balsamic
  • Olive oil

How to make it:

1. Put a cherry tomato, a mozzarella ball, and a tomato on a wooden toothpick.

2. Put the toothpicks in a circle on top of each other.

3. Decorate the wreath with fresh basil.

4. Sprinkle the wreath with olive oil, balsamic, and add dry basil.

Ingredients:

  • Sliced bread
  • 2-3 marinated cucumbers
  • Hard cheese
  • Pomegranate seeds

How to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lightly-salted herring
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 French baguette
  • 1 cucumber
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • Dill or parsley

How to make it:

1. Cut the baguette into small circles and dry them in an oven or on a pan.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles. Cut the cucumber into circles. Remove the oil from the herring and cut it into small slices.

3. On every piece of the sliced baguette, put a piece of potato and a piece of cucumber. Add some herring on the top.

4. Put a piece of dill and a cherry tomato on a toothpick and pierce it through the baguette.

9. Tarts with shrimp and avocado

Ingredients:

  • 20 tarts
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 20 pieces of shrimp
  • Olive oil
  • 3 pieces of garlic
  • Parmesan
  • Lemon juice, salt, and herbs

1. Put mackerel and cream cheese into a blender. Add lemon juice and mix all the ingredients.
