1. Cheesy onion rings

Ingredients:

  • Gouda, or similar cheese, cut in strips
  • 1 large onion
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil

Preparation:

  1. Cut the onion in half horizontally and separate the layers into rings of different sizes.
  2. Take one of the onion rings and place strips of cheese inside it. Then, take a smaller ring and place it in the center to hold the cheese.
  3. Dredge the rings in flour, eggs, and bread crumbs and place them in hot oil until evenly fried.
  4. Serve hot with the sauce of your choice.

2. Cheese crisps

Ingredients:

  • Pieces of cheese in different varieties
  • Pepper
  • Sauces to taste

Preparation:

  1. Place a pan over heat, with parchment paper inside, and place small pieces of cheese in the pan, leaving enough space between them.

  2. Let each piece melt until slightly browned. Wait for them to cool and remove the crisps from the paper with the help of a knife.

  3. Add pepper to taste and serve with the sauce of your choice.

3. Express cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • Crushed sweet cookies
  • Butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Powdered sugar
  • Raspberries or other berries

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter and stir it together with the ground cookies in a microwave-safe bowl. Then, mash the mixture with a spoon.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until completely blended.
  3. Cover the cookie and butter mixture with the cream cheese and microwave for 4 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Eggplant
  • Marinara sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

Preparation:

  3. Wrap each pickle in a sheet of filo dough.

Ingredients:

  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Mustard

  • Preparation:
  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  2. Pour the mixture into a piping bag and draw baton shapes on a tray with parchment paper. Then bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for 15 minutes.

  3. Serve with sauces or dressings.

7. Baguette stuffed with cheese and salmon

Ingredients:

  • Baguette
  • Cream cheese
  • Cooked salmon, chopped in pieces
  • Parsley
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cut the baguette into medium pieces and remove the dough from the center. Set aside.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, salmon, parsley, and mustard until completely integrated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Fill the baguette pieces with the mixture.

  2. Wrap the hot dogs in bacon and bake in the oven for a few minutes.

  3. Place the hot dogs on the bread and serve with the sauces of your choice.
