1. Chicken fillets stuffed with ham and cheese

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets in half to open them.
  2. Dredge the fillets in the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Make sure you do it in that order and coat them completely every time. Set them aside.
  3. Layer the cheese and ham slices on top of each other and cut into strips.
  4. Place the ham and cheese strips on the cuts of each fillet and pour crème fraîche over them.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven at 350 ºF (180 ºC) for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with vegetables or other side dishes.

2. Extra crispy chicken

  1. Dredge the chicken legs in the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs, in that particular order. Make sure you coat the chicken drumsticks completely.
  2. Dredge them again in the beaten eggs and cover with the cornflakes.
  3. Deep-fry in plenty of hot oil for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with fresh greens or the sauces of your choice.

3. Chicken and cheddar cheese burgers

Ingredients:

  • Ground chicken breast
  • Eggs
  • Chopped onion
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Cheddar cheese chunks
  • Spices
  • Thyme
  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix the ingredients, except the cheddar cheese, until everything’s well-mixed and then, with your hands, form medium-sized burger patties. Place them on a baking sheet, spaced apart.
  2. Place a piece of cheddar cheese at the center of each patty and seal them by pressing the sides together.
  3. Transfer to a skillet with hot oil and brown on both sides. Then cover until cooked through.
  4. Serve with au gratin potatoes and salad.

4. Barbecue chicken fillets

  2. Put them in a bowl and add plenty of barbecue sauce. Stir well.
  3. Mash the contents of the bag of chips and spread on the chicken pieces until completely covered. Place them on a tray and bake.

  2. Add onion pieces and squeeze the juice of an orange over the chicken. Add the peels next to the chicken. Cook or bake until golden brown.

7. Baked chicken with thyme potatoes

  1. In a round pancake pan, place the potatoes along with the fresh thyme sprigs. Set aside.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and abundant paprika powder.
  3. Place in the center of the pan along with the potatoes and bake at 370 ºF (190 ºC) for 1 hour.
  4. Serve while still warm.

8. Chicken shawarma

Ingredients:

  • 8 chicken breast fillets
  • Natural yogurt
  • Parsley
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic powder or finely chopped garlic
  • Thyme
  • Pepper
  • ½ onion
  • 1 whole tomato

Instructions:

  1. Mix the natural yogurt with the parsley, paprika powder, garlic, thyme, and pepper in a bowl until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
  2. Spread the mixture on the chicken fillets and marinate for two hours.
  3. On a tray with baking paper, insert the half onion, the chicken fillets, and the whole tomato on a skewer stick.
  4. Bake at 390 ºF (200 ºC) for 2 hours.
  5. Cut the chicken into strips and serve in a tortilla along with fresh vegetables, such as cucumber, tomato, red onion, cabbage, and parsley, and serve with tzatziki sauce.

9. Chicken barbecue burger

  1. Season and cook the chicken fillet in the oven or in a frying pan.
  2. Shred and pour plenty of barbecue sauce. Stir and marinate for one hour.
  3. Prepare the burger bun with chopped lettuce, tomato, and onion. Then add the chicken.
  4. Add other sauces of your choice and close the bun.

10. Pineapple chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 pineapple
  • Soy sauce
  • Pineapple juice
  • Brown sugar
  • Garlic paste
  • Ginger paste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pineapple leaving a cube in the center and the peel at the bottom.
  2. Insert the cube into the bottom of the chicken and place a piece of peel on top. Use a steel skewer or similar to hold it in place.
  3. Prepare a dressing with soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic paste, and ginger and season the chicken with a brush.
  4. Bake in the oven until cooked through and serve with salads to taste.

11. Waffles stuffed with chicken and cheddar cheese

Ingredients:

  1. Mix the chicken, cheddar cheese, and tomato sauce until everything is well-mixed. Set aside.
  2. Roll out the dough and shape it like a rectangle. Then make four cuts towards the center of the dough without joining them. Leave enough space between them.
  3. Pour the mixture over the dough avoiding the cuts. Add the pepperoni to the center of the dough.
  4. Fold the dough sheets from the sides to the center and add to the next one until completely joined.
  5. Transfer to a waffle iron and cook.
  6. Cut into triangles and serve.
