5-Minute Crafts is going to share some simple summer smoothie recipes that anyone can make. Just get a blender and mix the ingredients.
- 1. Classic banana-pineapple: 100 grams of frozen banana, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 85 grams of frozen pineapple pieces, 225 grams of orange juice, and 115 grams of almond milk
- 2. Banana-avocado: 1/2 avocado, 1 banana, 8 strawberries, 1/3 kiwi, 1 handful of spinach, 1/2 cup of ice, 2 tbsp of honey, and 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 3. Yellow: 1 heap of celery, 1 glass of frozen mango slices, 1 glass of frozen pineapple cubes, 1 frozen banana, and 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 4. Apple: 1 ground piece of ginger, 1 glass of water, 1 cup of spinach, 1 red apple, 3 stems of celery, and 1 carrot
- 5. Super-sunrise: 1 green apple, 1 glass of water, 1/4 cup of grapes, 1 cut cucumber, and 1 small piece of ground ginger
- 6. So much green: 1/4 glass of frozen mango, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 cup of spinach, 1 cup of coconut water, 1/4 glass of sweet green bell pepper, 1/2 green apple, and 1/4 cup of grapes
- 7. Sweet and citrus: 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 cup of coconut water, 1 kiwi, 1 cup of cucumber, 1/2 lemon, and 1/2 pear
- 8. Berry smooth tea: 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 tbsp of honey, 1/2 glass of frozen cherry, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 tbsp of flax seeds, 1/2 cup of raspberries, and 1 cup of green tea
- 9. Lime pie: 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/4 glass of lime juice, 1 tbsp of honey, and 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
- 10. Strawberry: 2 glasses of frozen strawberries, 1 glass of milk, 2 tbsp of honey, and 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
- 11. Refreshing watermelon: 300 grams of cut and frozen watermelons, 1/2 cucumber, 2 pieces of mint, and some honey
- 12. Avocado chocolate: 1/2 avocado, 1 banana, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, 1 tbsp of honey, and 1/2 glass of milk
- 13. Kiwi: 3 kiwis, 1 mango, 500 ml of pineapple juice, and 1 banana
- 14. Cherry: 300 grams of cherry without pits, 150 grams of yogurt, 1 banana, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
