How to Cook Chicken Breast

With the right ingredients and a bit of knowledge, you can have a delicious chicken breast meal any time you want. There are 2 quick and easy ways of cooking them, and we at 5-Minute Crafts will show you how.

Method 1: Pan fry them

You’ll need:

  • 3 chicken breast pieces
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 3 tbsp of oregano
  • 3 tbsp of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp of black pepper
  • 3 tbsp of minced garlic

Note: Please take into account how many people the recipe will serve, and prepare your ingredients’ quantities accordingly.

Step 1: Season them.

  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with a dash of salt, pepper, minced garlic, and oregano.

Note: Adjust the amount of seasoning according to your own personal taste.

Step 2: Prepare the pan.

  • Spread a bit of olive oil on your pan, and turn the stove on.

Step 3: Cook them.

  • With the heat on medium-high, start cooking the chicken breasts for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Afterward, flip them over, and cook them for another 7 minutes.

Method 2: Bake them

You’ll need:

  • 3 chicken breast pieces
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 3 tbsp of oregano
  • 3 tbsp of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp of black pepper
  • 3 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp of paprika
  • 3 tbsp of brown sugar

Note: Please take into account how many people the recipe will serve, and prepare your ingredients’ quantities accordingly.

Step 1: Season them.

  • Season your chicken breasts with a mix of oregano, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and paprika. Coat them with brown sugar after this.

Tip: Preheat the oven at 428ºF (220ºC) before you start seasoning your meal.

Note: Adjust the amount of seasoning according to your own personal taste.

Step 2: Take them to the oven.

  • Spread a bit of olive oil on a sheet pan, and place the chicken breasts there.
  • Cook them at 428ºF (220ºC) for around 20 minutes. They should be ready to serve.
