How to Easily Make Granola
Granola is a combination of oats, seeds, nuts, and dried fruit. It’s usually eaten for breakfast together with milk or yogurt, or even during the day as a snack. It’s a very nutritious meal due to its high content of fiber and healthy fats.

Ingredients
To make 8 to 10 portions, you’ll need:

1½ cups of whole-grain or old-fashioned rolled oats

½ cup of walnuts or unsalted peanuts

½ cup of pumpkin or sunflower seeds

½ cup of almonds

½ cup of dried cranberries

1 tbsp of vanilla essence

2 tbsp of coconut, olive oil, or almond oil

4 tbsp of honey
Step 1

Put the oats, almonds, walnuts, and seeds in a bowl. Add coconut oil or olive oil.

Stir thoroughly with a spoon. Then incorporate the honey and vanilla essence. Mix everything with your hands until all the ingredients are properly integrated.

Line an oven tray with a baking sheet and spread the mixture into a flat layer to ensure even cooking.

Place the tray in the middle of the oven. Bake the mixture for 25 to 30 minutes at a temperature ranging from 350°F to 390°F until it gets brown. Stir a couple of times while baking.

The temperature and time depend on the type of oven you have. You should constantly check the mixture so as not to burn it.

Let it cool off and keep it in an airtight container or a glass container with a lid.

Add the cranberries or any dried fruit you desire.

Keep the granola in a cool and dry place. It should be consumed within the next 7 to 10 days.
