To make 8 to 10 portions, you’ll need:

  • ½ cup of pumpkin or sunflower seeds

  • ½ cup of almonds

  • ½ cup of dried cranberries

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla essence

  • 2 tbsp of coconut, olive oil, or almond oil

  • 4 tbsp of honey

Step 1

  • Put the oats, almonds, walnuts, and seeds in a bowl. Add coconut oil or olive oil.

  • Stir thoroughly with a spoon. Then incorporate the honey and vanilla essence. Mix everything with your hands until all the ingredients are properly integrated.

Step 2
