How to Grow Sprouts
Sprouting is easy, cheap, tasty, and comes with some nutritional benefits. 5-Minute Crafts will show you how to grow your own sprouts in just a few days.
What you’ll need

Apart from the dry legumes you want to sprout, you will need a colander with small holes and a piece without holes to put below the colander to help with drainage.
Step 1
This technique works for all kinds of legumes. In this case, we used lentils.

Pour some lentils into a bowl and let them soak in water for 24 hours.
Step 2

After 24 hours have passed, the lentils will expand a bit. Pour the seeds into the colander.
Step 3

Spread the seeds around.
Step 4

Cover the lentils with a towel and leave them in the kitchen.
Step 5

Now, for the next 3 to 6 days, you will need to add some water to the lentils and let them soak for a few minutes. Then, pour the water out and cover them up again. Do this twice a day.
For the few next days, the sprouts will get bigger and bigger.
