- 6 oz of dark chocolate
- 1 cup of vegetable milk
- 2 ¾ cups of oats
Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
Transfer it to a big bowl.
Put a pan on the stove. Add the vegetable milk to the pan and let it simmer at medium heat.
Once the vegetable milk is at its boiling point, pour it over the chocolate. Let it sit for 2 minutes.
Now stir everything until it’s all melted and smooth.
Add the oats to the melted chocolate.
Stir everything until it’s all combined.
Line a round container with parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the container. Let it cool to room temperature, then store it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
