How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate chip cookies are a delicious snack that will fulfill your sugary desires. They are also really easy to make. 5-Minute Crafts has made a list of the necessary steps to make the perfect chocolate chip cookies.
- 1 cup salted butter
- 1 cup white (granulated) sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 375ºF. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside for now.
In a bowl, mix the flower, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Set the bowl aside.
Grab a separate bowl and cream together the butter and sugar until they are combined. Make sure to soften the butter before using it.
Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter cream and beat it until the mixture looks fluffy.
Mix all the ingredients until they are fully combined.
Add the chocolate chips and mix well. You can also use chopped chocolate if you don’t have chocolate chips.
Roll 2 to 3 tablespoons of dough at a time into balls and place them evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake them in the oven, which was preheated beforehand, for around 8 to 10 minutes. Take them out of the oven when they are barely starting to turn brown.
Let them sit on the baking pan for around 2 minutes before taking them out of the pan.
