How to Make Ginger and Turmeric Tea

Step 2. Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices.

Step 3. Add the ginger to the boiling water, cover it, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.

Step 4. Let it cool slightly, and strain.

Step 5. Add the lemon and honey, and serve it hot or at room temperature.
