How to Make Nice Cream: 3 Ingredients
Nice cream is a healthier alternative to ice cream. It’s fruity, refreshing, and doesn’t contain added sugar. You can even make it vegan by using water or plant-based milk.

How to make it
You will need:
- Ripe bananas — 2 (medium size)
- Strawberries (fresh or frozen) — 1 lb or 500 grams
- Ice-cold water (or milk or plant-based milk) — 4 tablespoons
Step 1: Chop some bananas and strawberries. Transfer them into containers or onto baking sheets and place them into a freezer. Let them freeze until they become solid, or at least for 12 hours.
Step 2: Once the bananas and strawberries are frozen, take them out of the freezer and let them stay at room temperature for 15 minutes (this way it will be easier to blend them). Then transfer them to your food processor.
Step 3: Add some water or milk of your choice to the fruit and start blending. If you see that your blender can’t process the frozen fruit, you can add more water or milk to the mixture.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture to freezer-safe containers. Decorate it with more fruit if you’d like. Transfer the containers to the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
