How to Make Stuffed Crepes
Many of us love pancakes and crepes for breakfast, but stuffed crepes can also be a nutritious dish and a wonderful dessert for your family and friends.
5-Minute Crafts would like to tell you how to make nutritious crepes with crab sticks, salmon, and caviar, as well as dessert crepes with cottage cheese and raisins.
Crepes with crab sticks
You’ll need:

15 thin crepes (which you can learn to make by following one of these recipes)

2 packs of crab sticks, 7 ounces each

2 carrots
-
1 onion bulb
-
Salt to taste

Vegetable oil for frying
The cooking process:
- Prepare the filling for crepes by chopping the crab sticks and onion. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- Mix the onions, carrots, and crab sticks, and salt them to your liking. Fry the prepared filling with vegetable oil lightly in a frying pan.
- Put 1 tablespoon of the filling on a crepe and fold it into an envelope.
- Fry the enveloped crepes on both sides with vegetable oil lightly in a pan. Enjoy your meal!
Crepes with salmon
You’ll need:

5 thin crepes

8 ounces of herb cream cheese (1 pack)

7 ounces of salted salmon fillets

Vegetable oil

Lettuce leaves for serving
The cooking process:
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on a crepe.
- Slice the salmon fillets and put them on top of the cheese.
- Roll the crepes into tubes and fry them lightly with a little vegetable oil in a pan.
- Serve the dish. Bon appétit!
Crepes with red caviar
You’ll need:

5 to 7 thin crepes

3.5 ounces of red caviar (1 jar)

Vegetable oil

Fresh herbs for serving
The cooking process:
- Put approximately 1 tablespoon of caviar in the center of a crepe and spread it.
- Roll the crepe into a tube.
- Fry the crepes stuffed with caviar lightly with a little vegetable oil in a pan.
- Decorate the plate with parsley sprigs. You can cut the crepes in halves to make the caviar visible to your guests. Enjoy your meal!
Dessert crepes with cottage cheese and raisins
You’ll need:

15 thin crepes

17 ounces of cottage cheese

2 tablespoons of sour cream

2 ounces of raisins

2 tablespoons of sugar

Vegetable oil
- Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave them for about 15 minutes to swell. Then remove the water.
- Mix cottage cheese, raisins, sour cream, and sugar in a bowl.
- Mix them thoroughly.
- Put 1 tablespoon of the filling on a crepe and fold it into an envelope.
- Fry the stuffed crepes lightly with a little vegetable oil in a pan.
Serve the stuffed crepes with sour cream and jam. Bon appétit!
