Ingredients (12 crêpes)
For the crêpes:

Instructions
- You need 2 bowls to prepare the crêpes. In the first one, pour the milk and flour and mix them together until they’re well combined.
- In the other bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with the butter.
- Then put both mixtures together in the same bowl and stir to combine.
- Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Grease a frying pan using an oiled napkin.
- As soon as it gets hot, pour in some of the mixture that you prepared earlier. The goal is to make crêpes that are about 10 in (25 cm) in diameter.
- Cook on both sides until evenly browned.
- Add the filling of your choice to the crêpe.
