The cooking process:

Fry the strips of bacon in a skillet with vegetable oil for 2 to 3 minutes and put them on a plate covered with a napkin to get rid of excess fat.
Melt the butter in another skillet, then sprinkle it with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Cut a bun in half and fry it in butter and sugar as shown in the photo above without turning it over. Repeat the process with another bun.
Prepare a poached egg by bringing the water in a saucepan to a boil, then break a fresh egg into a ladle and place it in the pan so that it touches the water as in the photo above. The egg should be ready in a couple of minutes. Repeat the process with the second egg.
Start assembling the sandwich. Brush the bottom half of the bun with cream cheese, put strips of fried bacon on top, pour on 1 tablespoon of condensed milk, and add some lettuce leaves and avocado slices. Next, lay the poached egg down, pour 1 tablespoon of condensed milk on it, and cover it with the other half of the bun. You’re all done!
