How to Get Rid of Saggy Cheeks

Exercises for the face can improve muscle tone and help you get rid of saggy skin. Of course, you should also minimize or exclude other negative factors like smoking, bad hygiene, lack of physical activity, and stress. It’s also better to deal with these types of problems using different methods at the same time.

5-Minute Crafts wants to show you some simple exercises (while you are reading this article) that have been developed to get rid of saggy cheeks.

1. Fish

  1. Suck your cheeks in and purse your lips to make a fish face. Each lip can be pursed toward the center to increase the tension.

  2. Pull your head back. Look at the ceiling, stretch your neck, and lift your chin.

  3. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Feel the neck muscles stretch.

  4. Return to the starting position.

Repeat 15 times.

2. Awkwardness

  1. Make an awkward face by extending the ends of your mouth outward. Your neck should be tense too. Look into the mirror — you should be able to see the muscles in your neck. Hold the position for 8 seconds.

  2. Pull the corners of your mouth to the left and down. Hold for 8 seconds.

  3. Repeat on the other side.

Do 5 times on each side.

3. Duck

  1. Make a duck face. Your lips shouldn’t be pursed too hard, they should be rolled out. You will feel the tension, especially in your upper lip.

  2. Open and close your mouth while maintaining the lip position.

Repeat 15 times.

4. Cheekbone sculpting

  1. Make a wide smile with an open mouth. Push the lips against the teeth.

  2. Put your fingers on your cheekbones and pull them up to stretch the face. Important: only touch the face with clean hands.

Do this for 30 seconds.

5. Squeezing your eyes

  1. Squeeze your eyes shut and make a wide smile with an open mouth. All the muscles of your face should be tense.

  2. Hold the position for 3 seconds. Relax.

Repeat 15 times.

6. Lifting your chin

  1. Put the lower lip on top of the upper one. Try to lift it as high you can without tilting your head back. You will feel the tension in your lower jaw.

  2. Hold the position for 5 seconds. Relax.

Repeat 15 times.

7. Sideways kiss

  1. Purse your lips like you’re about to give a kiss. They should be tense.

  2. Pull the to the left. Hold the position for 5 seconds.

  3. Repeat on the other side.

  4. Relax the face muscles after you do the entire exercise.

Repeat 8 times on each side.

8. Dropping the jaw

  1. Close your mouth and put your tongue against the inside of your lower front teeth.

  2. Open your mouth as wide as you can. Don’t forget to keep pressing your teeth with your tongue.

  3. Hold the position for 3 seconds and open your mouth.

Repeat 15 times.
