10 Useful tips for a more comfortable pregnancy

1. You can make your pre-pregnancy jeans fit you. Simply fold in the waistband of your pants and wear a long blouse on top

2. Enjoy a day at the beach, lying comfortably on the sand. Make a hole in the sand and put your belly inside the hole, to rest

3. If you have back pain from sitting in front of a computer, use a Pilates ball as a seat, instead of a desk chair

4. So that you don’t have to bend down to tie your shoelaces, tie elastic bands in the holes of the laces, and you will have easy adjustable shoes

5. Make a cleaning device with a remote control toy. Just tie a broom base to the toy and guide it towards the shovel to pick up the dust

6. Support your belly to climb stairs more easily, by wearing a scarf tied around your lower belly and tying it in an X pattern behind your back

7. If you have trouble moving on your car seat, put a plastic bag over the seat, so you can turn and settle into the seat more easily

8. Use a bra extender, so you don’t have to suffer trying to adjust your bra in the back

9. A Pilates ball can become an excellent leg pillow. Deflate the ball a little and put it between your legs to sleep

10. A great way to adjust your tank tops to your new belly is to pull the top down to cover your belly and then wear a crop top over it
