We often feel sleepy at work, while studying, or even during our day when we have to do some activities. In order to help, 5-Minute Crafts created a list of things you can do to stay awake during these tiring times.
1. Splash your face with cold water.
This will draw your circulation toward your head, renewing your energy for a little while.
2. Take a short nap.
Napping for a short period of time will help you feel more energized. A 20-minute nap is ideal. You should never take more than one nap.

Coffee is one of the most popular and effective ways to keep you awake. It steps up your metabolism and improves your focus and energy for a period of time.
4. Drink water.
Dehydration can actually make you feel more tired. Make sure you drink water throughout the day to keep yourself hydrated and energized by getting your blood flowing.
