1. Banana and sweet potato cookies

1 banana

1 cup sweet potato, cut into squares

1 ¾ cups oatmeal
Instructions

Boil the sweet potato for 15 minutes until fully cooked and tender.

Put the banana, sweet potato, and flour in the blender until you get a thick mixture.

Take the dough out of the blender and cover it in plastic wrap. Put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight. This will allow the oatmeal to absorb the moisture.

Preheat the oven to 350ºF and set up a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the dough into small cubes and place them on the tray.

2. Peanut butter treats
