All hands on deck
The base of the structure
- Cut off the supports of one pallet and then cut it diagonally, to get two triangles
- Place each triangle, vertically, on the edges of a base pallet laying on the floor
- Adjust them together, using braces and screws
- Screw the lumber to the upper edge of each diagonal and cut the excess
Next steps:
- Cut a pallet board in half and nail them to the middle of the inside edges of the base
- Lay a pallet over those supports and adjust it with screws
- Screw support lumbers to the bottom of the part of the pallet that sticks out of the base
A climbing track:
- Place the wooden sheet over the slope, adjust it with nails and cut off the excess
- Build a ladder that goes up from the ground to the middle pallet and adjust it to the structure
- Fix a lumber, vertically, to one of the sides of the structure
- Cut a circular piece of wooden sheet and screw it to the top of that column
- Put a bridge in between that column and the slope
Decoration and final touches:
- Soften the wood with sandpaper and paint it with your preferred colors
- Cover the slope with artificial grass and adjust it to the board with a stapler
- Decorate with ropes, artificial plants and cat beds
- Don’t forget to include your pet’s eating bowls
