How to Convert a Word Document to PDF
The easiest way to convert a Word Document to PDF is by using Microsoft Word itself. 5-Minute Crafts will show you 2 easy methods that will allow you to convert your documents in seconds.
Step 1

Open the Word Document.

Click on File which can be found on the top-left corner.
Step 3

A pop-up window will open. Click on Export.
Step 4

Click on Create PDF/XPS Document on the left side of the window.
Step 5

Click on Create PDF/XPS on the right side of the window.
Step 6

Choose the Save location on the left side and then hit Publish on the bottom-right corner.
This method is much quicker and is done by simply using a shortcut.

Press the F12 key on your keyboard.

A pop-up window will open. Click on the list just in front of Save as type, where it says Word Document.
