How to Reboot Your Modem From Your PC
We don’t need to physically hit the reset button on our modems to reboot them. 5-Minute Crafts came up with a quick guide on how to do exactly this without even having to leave your desk chair.
Step 1

- Open up any browser and type in the router’s address. It should be 192.168.100.1. If it doesn’t work, try 192.168.1.101 or 192.168.1.254.
Step 2

- Insert the information to be able to access the router (administrator access). It’s usually the default information for the model you’re using.
Step 3

- Find a link or a tab that says basic settings.
Step 4

- Hit apply or save on this page to restart your router without making any changes.
