Apply a small amount of toothpaste to both lenses. It’s very important to make sure that the paste you’re using does not contain bleach or any abrasive chemicals as they might harm your lenses. Also, make sure the paste is white.
Use a microfiber cloth to gently rub the product on the glass in a circular motion. Pay special attention to the parts that have scratches by spending some more time rubbing those.
Once that’s done wash them with plenty of water to remove any leftover toothpaste.
Dry them well using a clean microfiber cloth. If you notice that there are still scratches left or that some of them were treated but can still be seen, you can repeat the process until you’ve managed to get rid of them.
