Which Products Shouldn’t Be Stored Together
Storing products correctly is the guarantee that they will maintain their healthy properties for as long as possible.
We at 5-Minute Crafts want to show you which products should be stored separately from each other.
Why some products can’t be stored together
Ethylene is a gas released by fruits and vegetables as they ripen. If you place products that emit this gas next to products that are sensitive to it, the latter may go bad.
Bonus: Store raw products separately from cooked ones
Raw and cooked products should be stored in the fridge separately from each other. It’s also important to make sure that the packaging of these products is air-tight. Store raw products below cooked ones in order to avoid having the juice from meat drip down onto ready-to-eat food.
