The big screen has allowed us to witness some of the most beloved movie couples, such as Rose and Jack in Titanic, or Allie And Noah in The Notebook. However, sometimes love stories can also develop in the actors’ real life and go beyond the script.

In this article, we’ve compiled 10 celebrity couples that met while working on set and have stayed together throughout the years.

1. Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling

The couple met in 2011 while working on the movie, The Place Beyond the Pines. Shortly after filming ended, Gosling and Mendes were seen together at Disneyland and Paris.

3 years later, the pair welcomed Esmeralda, their first child. In 2016, Eva gave birth to their second daughter, Amada. Although they’re one of the most beloved Hollywood couples, they’ve opted to keep their family life private.

2. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds met each other on the set of the film, Green Lantern, in 2010, in which they both co-starred. However, they didn’t become a couple until 2011. In an interview, Reynolds revealed how their romantic relationship began. “We were buddies for a long time, which I think is the best way to have a relationship, to start as friends,” he confessed.

The pair have been together ever since. They have 3 daughters and are expecting a fourth child.

3. Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons

The couple met on set in 2015 while performing as a married couple in the acclaimed series, Fargo. Although they didn’t become a couple in real life right away, Jesse Plemons revealed that the “spark” was there. “I knew that she would be in my life for a long time,” he said in an interview.

At the same time, Kirsten Dunst confessed that they bonded over the fact that they were child stars. “We laugh about the fact that we were 2 child actors, and we both made it out okay,” she said.

The pair got married in April 2014 in California and have welcomed 2 sons together: Oliver Finlay in 2014, and Hugo Wilson in 2016.

6. Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly

The couple met while filming the indie flick, Midnight in the Switchgrass, in 2020 and were seen together not long after that.

Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof have 2 daughters together, Satyana Marie and Keeva Jane, and have remained living in California.
