8 Creepy Halloween makeup looks and outfits

Whether you’re drawn to the haunting elegance of a Victorian ghost, or the dark mystique of a bloodthirsty vampire, it’s the season to unleash your inner ghoul and these tips will definitely help you conquer that.

1. Evil teddy bear

You will need:

  • An old teddy bear
  • Fake blood

How to do it:

  • Rip the arms and legs of the teddy bear
  • Stick the legs to your checks and the arms to your forehead
  • Stick the head of the bear to a thin headband and wear it
  • Paint with some fake blood around the parts stuck to your head

2. Chop off finger illusion

Use some modeling wax to create a replica of your finger. Scare your friends chopping off the fake finger.

3. Blisters zombie

You will need:

  • Epoxy resin stones
  • Red body paint

How to do it:

  • Stick the stones to your face, in small groups
  • Apply the body paint around the stones to create a swollen effect.

4. Sewn face

You will need:

  • Sugar paste
  • Needle and thick thread

How to do it:

  • Cut pieces of sugar paste with irregular edges
  • Stick them to your face, covering it all
  • Sew the edges of the paste with the thread

5. Terrifying monster teeth

You will need:

  • Cardboard
  • Hot glue gun
  • Paper clay
  • Cotton wool
  • Latex
  • Black body paint
  • Fake blood

How to do it:

  • Cut a V shape on the cardboard
  • Use the paper clay to model some big teeth
  • Stick the teeth to the cardboard with hot glue
  • Put some cotton wool around and under the teeth
  • Apply latex to the cotton

How to do it:

  • Stick the V shaped teeth under your neck
  • Stick another set of teeth under your nose
  • Apply latex around the sets of teeth and on the sides of your neck
  • Apply the back body paint on your neck and around your mouth
  • Put some fake blood on the top and bottom of the teeth

6. Beehive creature

Things you’ll need:

  • A wig cap
  • Scar wax
  • White body paint
  • Yellow paint spray
  • Bubble wrap
  • Black eyeshadow

How to do it:

  • Cover your hair with the cap
  • Apply some scar wax around your hairline
  • Paint your face and torso with the white makeup

How to do it:

  • Stick the bubble wrap to your scalp
  • Spray the yellow paint to cover it
  • Make up your eyes with the black eyeshadow
  • Decorate the look with creepy accessories

7. Trapped in a washing machine

Things you’ll need

  • A big white box to fit your torso inside
  • A transparent cake box
  • A foil cup
  • A plastic clothes basket with a hole on the bottom to fit your head through

How to do it:

  • Wear the box on your torso. Leave your arms and head outside
  • Put some clothes in the cake box and stick it to the front of the box
  • Use the foil cap as a knob and stick it to the top right corner of the box
  • Put the clothes’ container on your head

8. Mystery forest fairy

Use the green and black makeup to cover your face. Stick black beads on your face, covering your forehead, nose and cheecks. Wear a green wig to complete your outfit.
